On Thursday 27th October the Fortis team, alongside our agents at I.B Property and Knight Frank, hosted over 40 tenant reps for an afternoon of food and wine to showcase our existing and upcoming pipeline of Double Bay commercial developments, and overall vision for Double Bay 2024.
Hosted on the newly completed rooftop terrace at Pallas House, guests enjoyed learning about Fortis’ completed Double Bay commercial assets, our newly launched projects Ruby House and Jubilee House, and vision for the future of this iconic harbourside precinct.
We look forward to delivering these new projects over the coming years and welcoming a new community of tenants into the suburb.
