A story on Fortis’ soon-to-launch series of full-floor strata offices, Ruby House has featured in The Australian.
Designed by Lawton Hurley and with interiors by prominent mutli-disciplinary design studio Woods Bagot, Ruby House will offer 31 suites ranging from boutique to full-floor offices with terraces, ranging in size from 70 – 550sqm plus private parking. Each office suite features a lobby elevated with stone finishes and state of the art end-of-trip facilities including a sauna and concierge services.
Offering easy access to Double Bay village and an array of transport options, construction has commenced on the project with completion due by early 2025.
“Since Covid we have seen a change in people’s lifestyle and where they want to work. There has not been a brand new strata sell down in Sydney of luxury commercial suites since 2009,” says Ben Stewart, Stewart Properties.
Ruby House will launch to market on September 18.
